Focus Groups

Five focus groups have been developed to provide a forum to address more targeted discussions on the goals and objectives. The focus groups will provide input to the Steering Committee at key milestones.

Focus Group Areas

There are five planned Focus Groups to support the Steering Committee. The Focus Groups are organized around five major topic areas:

  • Safety

  • Resilient Infrastructure

  • Economic Development/Supply Chain

  • Technology

  • Workforce Development

Focus Group Meetings

The Focus Groups will meet as needed during plan development. The Focus Groups meetings are chaired by a member of the Steering Committee and are open to all stakeholders to participate. Each meeting will be held in-person with a virtual option. In-person option will be located at the Florida Department of Transportation Burns Building (605 Suwannee Street).
